2019 promises to be another brilliant year for CERN, marked by anniversaries of past achievements and preparations for the future. On 12 March, the Laboratory will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first paper in which Tim Berners-Lee outlined his proposal for what would later become the World Wide Web.
