19mmの板の下向き溶接を、アーク溶接にて4層目の溶接をした際の動画投稿となります。 使用した溶接棒は、神戸製鋼の低水素系の棒で、Lb-52の4mmを使用しました。電流は170-180A前後だと思います。 本来は5mm棒を使用するのですが、工場の引き込みの電線が細く、あまり強い電流を使えないので4mm棒を使用しました。 溶接機は交流溶接機を使用しました。 鋼材の温度によって電流の前後がありますので、あくまでも参考程度によろしくお願いします。 溶接を覚えたい方や、興味がある方の参考になれれば嬉しいです。 This is a video submission of the welding of a 19mm plate face down with a fourth layer of welding by arc welding.
