A good standing throw is the foundation for an explosive technique. I tried to give you a few insights into what I focus on. The right leg always pushes slightly into the left to generate speed. The separation between hips and shoulders and the intense pressure of the right leg are important. To channel this pressure in the right direction, I imagined pushing down into the ground.
