It has been nothing but a full consensus since Monday's sudden passing of former Jersey City Corporation Counsel and Executive Director of the MUA, Jeremy Farrell, that the community has indeed lost one of the good guys. Farrell, 44, defined by many as the utmost gentleman regardless of his stance and position on issues or policy as the City's lead barrister of nearly 6 years, greeted all with a caring smile and the willingness to offer rational and sound guidance on a full-spectrum of matters.
